Moodie, of Johnson City, N. , plans to expand further into the state and to New Jersey.

I will try to move pretty quickly through this so we have plenty of time for questions. I’m going to assume some of you out there are not aware of the details of what we announced between Rick and I and Agere and LSI Monday morning. But really our objective, as Tim put it, is to create a company that is a very significant player in storage, networking and consumer. We believe that the combination allows LSI to enhance and extend our storage position significantly beyond what was already an unparalleled position. The combination of our respective capabilities in consumer networking give us an opportunity to build additional franchises for the business. The scale of the engineering workforce that comes together as well as the patent portfolio is very significant and will enable us to have a competitive pipeline of innovation. Then the two companies are going to deliver significant synergies and those synergies absolutely will be able to return significant and meaningful shareholder value to our shareholders.
