Waikato Times – Oct 24, 2007
” Another Waikato storage manager said he also found someone sleeping in one of his units after noticing someone hanging around at the weekends. The man did not want to be named as the owner of the company did not know of the incident. Four other Waikato storage companies spoken to said they had not found anybody sleeping in their sheds. Guardian Self Storage truck driver David Kemp said he had never come across anyone in his two years with the company. Although some of their units had electricity, it was only available to commercial companies who had a valid reason.
