Some vendors won’t do that. You should be assured that you can’t have everything you ever wanted and have it not cost anything. This is the basis of my remark about how we expect to see more companies moving to SaaS in this economic environment. A lot of larger companies have been relatively slow to consider SaaS. There are many reasons but one reason is that they can’t get exactly what they want. They aren’t satisfied that they aren’t getting something particularly tuned to their specific needs. If they want something that saves money they will have to take something that is slightly less customized.
