Catalde said the county’s costs for records storage would include one-time “startup costs” of about $27000 plus a $14100 yearly lease on the West 12th Street building. Carter said his company wants to keep the county as a client. Company officials would like to talk with County Council members about whether moving the records “is a cost benefit to the county or not.
