We continued to see technology buys by major players in the semiconductor and data storage industries. While we have now seen two quarters in a row of increased bookings and saw more activity in Q2 we remain cautious on the outlook for the second half. ur strategy of focusing on the lab has been effective in the downturn as our bookings are down 37% from the last cyclical peak in the first quarter of 2007 and up over 50% from our recent Q4 trough. As customers move to new smaller nodes more complex structures they will continue to need more of our tools to meet the requirements of development qualification ramp and excursion control. ur Service and Components bookings were seasonally down as expected in the second quarter as a large number of annual contracts are renewed in the first quarter of each year.
